Wild Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS (for 6-10 servings)

Large bunch of Wild Garlic

Handful of fresh Parsley

200g Butter

1 Lemon

2 Baguettes

INSTRUCTIONS

Make sure the Butter is soft and pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Wash the Wild Garlic and roughly chop.

Take the Parsley and chop up with the Wild Garlic and add to a blender.

Quickly blitz and add around 200g of Butter.

Blend the Butter with the Wild Garlic and Parsley until it is thoroughly mixed and smooth, almost like a whipped Butter.

Add a small squeeze of Lemon juice and blend for another 30 seconds.

Take the Baguettes, cut in half and then into thirds.

Spread the Butter onto the Baguettes and place in the oven for around 20 minutes until the Butter has melted into the Bread and they will be getting toasted and golden brown.

Remove the Garlic Bread from the oven and serve.
