Garlic & Herb Butter Toast
INGREDIENTS
Butter
Garlic
Chives
Parsley
Lemon
Bread
INSTRUCTIONS
Take 3-5 peeled cloves of Garlic and grate into a paste using a hydroplane.
Add 200g of softened Butter to a blender and pop in 2 Tsp of the Garlic paste.
Take a bunch of Chives and a small handful of parsley and roughly chop.
Add the herbs to the blender.
Zest in a Lemon and cut off a few slices.
Squeeze in some Lemon juice, season and blitz until smooth.
Pop the Butter into a bowl and leave in fridge to set.
Once the Butter has set toast some Bread of your choice and liberally spread in the Butter and serve.
