Pan roasted Padron Peppers
INGREDIENTS
Padron Peppers
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the Padron Peppers to a bowl, drizzle in Olive Oil.
Season with course sea Salt and freshly ground black Pepper.
Toss the Peppers in the Oil and Seasoning.
Pop a pan on a medium to high heat and chuck in the Peppers.
You want to roast off the Peppers for around 5-7 minutes until you get a small amount of charring and blistering, and serve.
