Sriracha Burger Sauce

To make enough Sauce for around 6-8 Burgers.

INGREDIENTS

Sriracha Chilli Sauce

Dijon Mustard - 2 Tbsp

Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp

Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tbsp

Lemon - 1 Lemon

Baby Gem Lettuce - 1/2 a Lettuce

Pickled Jalapenos - 25g

Red Onion - 1/2 an Onion

Pickled Gherkins - 25g

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start by finely dicing up half a red Onion.

2. Then, dice up around 25g of pickled Gherkins, and 25g of pickled Jalapenos.

3. Pop the Onion, Gherkins and Jalapenos into a mixing bowl.

4. Next, fairly finely, dice up half of a baby gem Lettuce.

5. Add the Lettuce to the bowl.

6. Season, and add the juice from half of a Lemon.

7. Add 2 Tbsp of the Gherkin pickling juice, and 2 Tbsp of the Jalapeno pickling juice.

8. Next we need 2 Tbsp of Dijon, 2 Tbsp of Tomato ketchup and 2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise.

9. Give everything a good mix, then, add as much Sriracha as you want, start with a few Tbsp’s, taste, and adjust to your taste.

10. Add a good dollop of the spicy Sauce to any Burger, and serve.
