Scallop and Bacon rolls

INGREDIENTS

Scallops

Bacon

White Bap Rolls

Tomato sauce

Mayonnaise

Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Firstly, take half Tomato sauce and half Mayonnaise and stir together in a bowl.

Pop the sauce to one side, and place a frying pan on a medium heat.

Lay in the Bacon, and we want to fry the Bacon until it starts to get crispy.

Once the Bacon is ready, remove from the pan, wipe the pan clean and turn the heat up high.

Lay in the Scallops and season.

Fry off the Scallops for 30 - 40 seconds on one side, until you get some colour, then flip.

Fry the Scallops for another minute.

Take the soft fluffy bap Bread rolls, gently Butter if you wish, and add a handful of the Scallops.

Lay in a few pieces of Bacon, finish with a good dollop of the sauce, and serve.
