Boiled Eggs

For Hard, Soft and Medium boiled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

Water

Salt

Eggs - 2 whole Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make sure the Eggs are fresh and room temperature.

2. Fill a sauce pan with water and add a pinch of Salt*

*the salt will balance out the water pressure stopping the Egg from cracking

3. Bring the water to a boil.

4. Pop the Egg in a large spoon or ladle.

5. Gently Lay the Egg into the water and turn it in the spoon so can introduce some heat.

6. Then, fully submerge the Egg.

7. Very gently lay it on the bottom of the pan, being careful not to let it hit the bottom or sides.

Hard Boiled, Leave it in for 9 minutes 30 seconds.

Medium Boiled, Remove the Egg after 6 minutes 45 seconds.

Soft Boiled, Leave the Egg in for 4 minutes 45 seconds.

Use these times for perfection, and serve.
