“Perfect” Bangers

INGREDIENTS

Sausages

Butter

Garlic

Rosemary

Thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

Take a good pan, place on the hob on a low - medium heat.

Add a tiny dash of Olive Oil and pop in the Sausages.

Season the Sausages lightly with Salt and Pepper.

Keep the Sausages on a low medium - heat, and keep turning so you start to build up a nice even colour.

After 5-7 minutes once the Sausages are browned evenly add some Butter to the pan, be generous.

Take 4-6 cloves of Garlic and give them a gentle crush with the back of a knife, but don’t peel them, or else they can burn.

Pop in some Rosemary and Thyme and baste the Sausages in the Butter while you keep turning them.

At this point, once were around 8 minutes into the cooking, turn up the heat a touch to medium and continue to caramelise the outside of the Sausages.

After 12-15 minutes the Sausages will be done, we want them to have a perfectly even, dark nut brown caramelisation but for the inside to be really juicy and delicious.

Remove the Sausages, and serve.
