Caprese Ciabatta

INGREDIENTS

Mozzarella Cheese

Extra virgin Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Cherry Tomatoes

Fresh Basil

Garlic

Ciabatta Bread

INSTRUCTIONS

To make 4 Ciabatta Sandwich’s, Take 4 Ciabatta Rolls, cut them in half and drizzle in extra virgin Olive Oil.

Place the Ciabatta under a grill to toast.

Next, take around 150-200g of Cherry Tomatoes and cut in half, or quarters.

Then, take a clove of Garlic, finally dice, and add 2 Tsp to the Tomatoes.

Add a few leaves of fresh Basil, add a drizzle of extra virgin Olive Oil, a splash of Balsamic Vinegar, and Season.

Mix the Tomatoes thoroughly.

Then, take a buffalo Mozzarella and thinly slice it up.

Once the Ciabatta is toasted, add a layer of Mozzarella, then spoon on some of the Tomatoes.

Pop the lid on your Sandwich, and serve.
