Fondant Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

Selection of Potatoes

Garlic

Rosemary

Thyme

Sage

Butter

Chicken Stock

INSTRUCTIONS

Start, by pre heating the oven to 180 degrees.

Then, peel, and cut the Potatoes into cubes, around 2 inches high with a flat top and bottom.

Place a frying pan on the hob, turn the heat to medium and add a dash of Olive Oil.

Season the Potatoes, and lay them in the pan.

Fry the Potatoes turning every few minutes until both end have a nice bit of colour and crispiness.

Then, add Butter to the pan, cut a bulb of Garlic in half and add it to the Butter.

Throw in a handful of Rosemary, Thyme and sage.

Next, pour in some Chicken stock, leaving 1 third of the Potatoes above the level of the stock.

Place the pan in the oven and cook for around half an hour, until the Potatoes are nice and soft and the tops will be golden brown and caramelised.

Remove the Potatoes, and serve.
