“Cheat” Pizza Dough

INGREDIENTS

Strong white Bread Flour

Water

Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Take 500g of some strong white Bread Flour, and add it to a mixing bowl.

Add half a pint of Luke warm Water, and a pinch of Salt.

Work the Flour and Water until you have a rough dough.

Loose the mixing bowl and place onto a chopping board.

Knead the dough for around 10 minutes until it is elastic and pliable.

Wrap the dough in cling film and it will be good for around 24 hours, or, you can use it immediately.
