Raspberry Coulis

INGREDIENTS

150g Raspberries
4 Tsp Caster Sugar
1 Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

Throw 150g - 200g Raspberries into a blender.
Add 4 Tsp Caster Sugar.
Add the Juice of 1/4 of a Lemon.
Blend until smooth.
Pass the Sauce through a sieve.
