Cheese Bites

INGREDIENTS

320g Puff Pastry
100g Cheddar Cheese
80g Parmesan Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Grate 50g of your Cheddar over one half of your sheet of Puff Pastry.
Then, grate 40g of your Parmesan over the Cheddar.
Fold over the Puff Pastry to sandwich in the Cheese, and roll out with a rolling pin. Repeat, grate another 50g of your Cheddar and 40g of your Parmesan over half of the pastry and roll out again.
Sprinkle the Pastry with sea Salt and pre heat an oven to 180 degrees.
Then, take 1 Egg and whisk in a bowl.
Brush the Pastry in the Egg wash and pop in the oven for 20mins or until golden brown.
