1. Pop a sauce pan or Dutch oven on a medium heat. 2. Add 2 Tbsp of Butter and melt. 3. Add 2 Tbsp Flour and mix into a paste. 4. Slowly add Milk until you have a thick white Sauce. 5. Throw in 400g grated cheddar Cheese and melt into a thick cheesy Sauce. 6. Stick a small sauce pan on a high heat and add 400g tinned Chilli con carne. 7. Pop 2 Tsp of smoked Paprika into Chilli con carne and heat through. 8. Add a handful of the Tortilla Chips on a plate. 9. Add a spoon full of Chilli con carne, Salsa, sour Cream, Guacamole and some Cheese Sauce. 10. Repeat with as many layers of Nachos as you want, and finish with finely diced Coriander.
