One pan Pizza
INGREDIENTS (makes 2-3 Pizzas)
500g self raising Flour
Half a pint of water
250g Sausage
300g Cheery Tomatoes
2-3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
Pinch Fennel seeds
Pinch of mixed Herbs
Fresh Basil
2 Mozzarella's
50g Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS
Add 500g of Flour to a large mixing bowl and pour in half a pint of Water. Mix the Flour and Water together and knead into a Dough.
Set the Dough aside.
Chop the Cherry Tomatoes in half.
Pop on your Oven and set to 180 to pre heat.
Pop a frying pan on a medium to high heat and add the sausage.
Break up the Sausage as it browns.
Add a pinch of Fennel seeds and a pinch of mixed Herbs.
Add a Tbsp or 2 of Tomato Puree and roast off for 2 mins.
Season with Salt and Pepper.
Add the Cherry Tomatoes and cook down for 7-10 Mins.
Pour Sauce out into a bowl.
Clean out the pan and lay in about a third of your Dough. Spread the sauce over the Dough.
Fry until the base of the Dough starts to slightly brown and then pop the pan in the oven.
Bake the Pizza for around 7 mins then grate over some Parmesan and tear over the Mozzarella.
Bake for a further 1-2 mins until the Mozzarella has melted then finish with fresh Basil and serve.
