Classic Pesto

INGREDIENTS

Pine Nuts

Olive Oil

Basil 

Parmesan

Garlic


INSTRUCTIONS

Finely dice 2 cloves of Garlic.

Pop the Garlic into a blender along with a splash of extra virgin Olive Oil.

Blend until the Garlic is disintegrated into Oil.

Add 40g of Pine Nuts to the Oil and Garlic.

Blend until the Nuts are coarsely ground.

Add 80-100g of fresh Basil leaves to the blender and pulse until Basil is coarsely blended.

Grate in 50g of Parmesan and pulse once or twice until mixed.

Finish by adding as much Oil as you want for your desired consistency.
