Butter fried Eggs
To make 1 portion.
INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 2 medium to large
Bread - 2 slices
Butter - 1-2 Tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Start by turning on the grill, and cutting off a few slices of the Bread.
2. Place a pan on a low heat, and add 1-2 Tbsp of Butter.
3. Very gently crack in 2 fresh Eggs.
4. Allow the Eggs to gently cook on a low heat.
5. As the whites start to set, gently baste the white with the foaming Butter, but not the yolks.
6. Pop the Bread under the grill.
7. Continue to baste the whites until they have just set, but without any colour or crispiness.
8. Turn the Bread under the grill.
9. Turn off the heat and allow the Eggs to sit for a few seconds while you remove the Toast.
10. Place the Toast on a plate.
11. Lay the Eggs over the Toast, season with Salt and Pepper, and serve.
