“Pangratatto” Toasted Breadcrumbs

INGREDIENTS

Large loaf of Bread

Garlic

Lemon

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the bread up into small cubes and pop them into a blender.

Take 2-3 cloves of Garlic and dice them up roughly.

Add some of the Garlic to the blender.

Zest in a Lemon.

Blitz up the Bread until it is fairly fine.

Stick a frying pan on a medium heat and add a splash of Olive Oil.

Chuck in the Bread and begin to toast lightly.

Season with Salt and Pepper.

Toast the Bread off until it is nice, golden brown and crispy but not too dark in colour.

Empty the Breadcrumb out into a bowl and allow to cool to get them really nice and crispy.

Enjoy.
