Cauliflower Steak

INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower

Butter

Garlic

Sage

Thyme

Rosemary

Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

Take your Cauliflower and cut off a nice inch thick cross section, drizzle with a touch of Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper.

Pop a frying pan (that has a lid) on a High heat and add the Cauli steak.

Fry the steak on one side until it starts to get a bit of colour and some charring, then flip and repeat.

Take a few cloves of Garlic and gently smash with the back of a knife, but leave them in the skins.

After the second flip add a good knob of Butter and the Garlic.

Then we want to chuck in a bunch of Rosemary, Thyme and Sage.

Add a small splash of water, pop on the lid and cook until it is just soft enough to run a knife through the Cauliflower.

Remove the steak from the pan and serve.

Enjoy
