Butter

Parmesan Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Take the Potatoes and cut them in half.

Bring a sauce pan of Water up to a boil and pop the the Potatoes.

Boil the Potatoes until they start to get soft.

While the Potatoes boil, take some Thyme and scrape away the leaves, throw away the stems and do the same with some Rosemary.

Take a handful of Sage leaves and dice them up fairly finely along with the Rosemary.

Pop the diced Herbs into a bowl ready to use later.

Drain the Potatoes, pop a frying pan on the hob and add a splash of Olive oil.

Drop the Potatoes in the Oil, flat side down, give them a season and fry them for around 3-5 minutes.

Add a generous knob of Butter, throw in 4-5 cloves of Garlic and go in with the Herbs.

Turn the Potatoes a few times as they fry to crispy perfection.

Once golden brown and crispy remove the Potatoes, pop them on a plate, finish with a nice grating of some good aged Parmesan Cheese, and serve.
