Chantilly Cream (3 Versions)

INGREDIENTS

Double Cream

Lemon

Vanilla extract

Caster Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

(Version 1)

Add 1 pint of double Cream to a large mixing bowl.

Pop in 3-4 Tbsp of Caster Sugar and whisk until thick and smooth.

Taste the Cream and add any more Sugar depending on how sweet you want it, whisk for another minute and serve.

(Version 2)

Add a pint of Cream to a large mixing bowl, Add 3-4 Tbsp of the Caster Sugar.

Then, pour in around 1-2 Tbsp of Vanilla extract.

Whisk the Cream until it is really thick and smooth.

Give the Cream a taste and add any more Sugar or Vanilla you need.

Give the Cream one last whisking and serve.

(Version 3)

Add a pint of Cream to a large mixing bowl, pop in 3-4 Tbsp of the Caster Sugar.

Pour in around 1-2 Tbsp of Vanilla extract.

Next take a Lemon and cut off a small slice.

Add a small squeeze of the Lemon juice to the Cream.

Whisk the Cream until it is really thick and smooth.

Give the Cream a taste and add any more Sugar or Vanilla you need.

Give the Cream one last whisking and serve.
