First we want to lay a few rashers of the Bacon into a frying pan.
Fry off the Bacon until nice and crispy.
While the Bacon cooks, add the Beef mince to a mixing bowl and massage together, but gently, we don’t want to compress the Beef too much.
Then, take a piece of grease proof paper and lay on a handful of the Beef.
Shape the Beef into a Burger patty, around half an inch thick, roughly.
At this point, once the Bacon is nicely crispy, remove from the pan, add a knob of Butter, and lay in the Brioche Burger Buns.
Quickly cut the Bacon into pieces and cut the Brie into pieces.
Toast the Buns until they are golden brown, then remove.
Turn the pan up to the highest heat, season the Burger patty’s and lay into the pan.
Fry the Patty’s on one side for a minute, flip, give them another minute before flipping again, then turn them every 20/30 seconds for another 2 minutes until perfectly caramelised but juicy on the inside.
Then, add the base of the Bun to a plate, pop on the Patty and a few leaves of the Lettuce, spoon over some of the Mango Chutney and a few slices of Brie.
Finish with a few nice pieces of the crispy Bacon, pop on the lid of the Burger and serve.
