Black Pudding Mash

INGREDIENTS

1.5k Maris piper Potatoes

400g Black Pudding

Butter

Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Take the black pudding and chop it into cubes.

Pop a frying pan on a medium to high heat and add a drizzle of Olive Oil.

Throw in the black pudding.

While the black pudding cooks peel the Potatoes and chop into cubes.

Pop the Potatoes in a sauce pan of water and bring to a good simmer.

Cook until the Potatoes are starting to get soft.

Once the black pudding is cooked remove from the pan and place on a chopping board.

Dice up the black pudding as fine as you can.

Once the Potatoes are cooked drain, and return them to the same pan and leave them for the water to evaporate.

Start adding Butter and Milk as you begin mashing the Potatoes.

Keep mashing until you have a creamy smooth mash, then throw in the black pudding.

Mash the black pudding into the Potatoes until the black pudding is fully incorporated and you will have a beautiful dark brown Mash, and serve.
