INSTRUCTIONS

Take 4-6 rashers of Streaky Bacon, dice up finely and place into a frying pan on a medium heat.

Remove the skin’s from 4 Sausages and add the meat to the pan.

Fry the meat off until you start to get some colour then mash it up with a hand masher in the pan.

Next, finely dice up 3 slices of black Pudding and add to the pan.

Fry for another 3-5 minutes, add a good splash of Worcestershire Sauce.

Add the mixture to a bowl, and leave to cool down.

Once cooled, add the breakfast mixture to 300g of (18% fat) Beef Mince, add 2 Eggs and mix together.

Take a small handful of the Burger mix and massage and shape into a Patty, around half an inch thick.

Then, add a generous knob of Butter to a frying pan set to medium, and once melted and foaming, place in the brioche Burger Buns.

Toast off the Buns, then remove, turn the heat up to maximum, Season, and lay in the Burger Patty.

Fry the Patty on one side for a minute until caramelised, then flip, and a minute on the other side.

Then flip every 20 seconds for a further 2-3 minutes before laying on a slice of Burger Cheese and leaving to melt for 30 seconds.

Place the Bun on a plate, lay on the Patty, add brown, or tomato Sauce, then place on the lid and serve.
