Double Bacon Cheese Burger

INGREDIENTS

20% Fat Beef Mince

Smoked Streaky Bacon

Brioche Burger Buns

Burger Cheese slices

INSTRUCTIONS

To make 3-5 Burgers, start laying 10 rashers of the Bacon into a pan, on a medium heat.

Cook the Bacon until nice and crispy.

Then, to make the Burgers, start by massaging around 300g of the Beef together, but do not compress the mix too much.

Shape a few Patty’s, as thick as you like, a couple of cm is generally best.

Once the Bacon is crispy, add a knob of Butter to the fat in the pan, and lay in the Brioche Buns.

Toast off the Bun’s until golden brown and crispy, remove, and clean out the pan.

Pop the pan back on the heat, turn it up as high as possible.

Season the Burger Patty’s and lay them into the pan.

Fry the Burgers on one side for 45 seconds, flip, and repeat.

Then, turn every the Burger’s every 15 seconds for another minute before laying on the Cheese.

Give the Patty’s another 30 seconds for the Cheese to melt.

Lay the Bun’s on a plate, add a patty and a slice of Bacon, add another Patty and more Bacon*

*Sauce is optional but not required if you cook the Patty’s correctly as they will be very juicy

then, pop on the lid and serve.

Enjoy
