Smoky & spicy Relish

INGREDIENTS

Cherry Tomatoes

Jalapenos

Smoked Paprika

Tomato paste

Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Add a drizzle of Olive Oil to a frying pan and chuck in 300g of whole cherry Tomatoes.

Roast off the Tomatoes until soft then mash with a hand masher.

Take around 3 Tbsp of pickled Jalapenos and coarsely dice.

Chuck the Jalapenos into the pan and add a couple of Tsp of smoked Paprika.

Season, stir through and add a Tsp of Tomato paste.

Finish with a good splash of Worcestershire sauce and reduce.

Empty the Relish into a bowl, and serve.
