Harissa roasted Salmon
INGREDIENTS
Salmon fillets
Smoked Harissa paste
Baby leaf Salad
Extra virgin Olive Oil
Lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Take your Salmon Fillets and place in a baking dish.
Add a couple of Tsp of the Smoked Harissa paste and massage into the Salmon.
Leave the Salmon Fillets for a minimum of 2 hours, but ideally over night.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and pop in the Salmon in the baking dish.
The Salmon will take 8-10 minutes to bake.
While the Salmon cooks take a mixing bowl, add a baby leaf salad, drizzle in extra virgin Olive oil and season.
Take a Lemon, cut off a few slices and squeeze some of the juice into the Salad.
Gently toss the Salad with your hands.
After 10 minutes remove the Salmon from the oven, add a small handful of the Salad to a plate and lay over the hot smoky Fillets, and serve.
