Doughnut Burger

INGREDIENTS (makes 4 Burgers)

Beef Mince 250g

Streaky Bacon 8 rashers

4 Burger Cheese slices

4 Glazed Doughnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

You need to make sure the Beef is 20% fat.

Pop the Beef into a mixing bowl and gently massage together loosely.

Take a small ball of the Beef, flatten and shape the Beef into a Burger patty, make as many Patty’s as you need.

Pop a frying pan onto a medium heat and lay in the Bacon.

Fry off the Bacon until it is really nice and crispy then remove from the pan and set aside.

Pop a knob of Butter into the pan and cut the doughnuts in half.

Place the doughnuts into the Butter cut side down and toast.

Once the Doughnuts have toasted remove from the pan and turn the heat up as much as you can.

Place the Patty’s in the pan and sear off on one side for a minute, flip and sear for another minute on the other side.

Flip the Burger one last time and lay over the Cheese.

Place 2 rashers of Bacon on the base of the Doughnut and lay on the Patty, pop on the top of the Doughnut and serve.
